OpenVPN - Enable RAS connection manager Windows 8.

1. Control Panel
Open the Windows 8 Control Panel

2. Programs and Features
Go to Programs and Features. (Control Panel -> Programs -> Programs and Features)

3. Windows Features
Click onto the 'Turn Windows features on or off' from the left hand menu.

4. Enable RAS
Scroll down to RAS Connection Manager Administration Kit (CMAK) and place a tick in the corresponding checkbox to enable RAS.

5. Save the settings
Click onto the 'OK' button.
