Setting up your VPN access on Western Digital WDTV.
The Western Digital WDTV media player does not have the compatibility to run a direct VPN connection, however, it is possible to create a VPN connection through a DD-WRT compatible router. It is also possible to create a connection using our Smart DNS service which would enable a selection of streaming media services to function correctly.
We strongly recommend this setup when you are creating a VPN connection from any router that has DD-WRT firmware installed.
You should only use this setup if your DD-WRT router does not have the option to connect to the VPNUK servers over OpenVPN.
