Setting up your access on a Windows Mobile Device

Setting up your VPN
Setting up vpn access on a Windows Mobile device is quick and easy. The following instructions will take you step by step in setting up your account.

VPNUK Connection Setup Tutorial

Windows Mobile PPTP

1. Settings

Go to: Settings

2. Connections

Select 'Connections'.

3. Add VPN

Choose the option to 'Add a new VPN server connection'

4. Settings

Enter the name for the connection, and the server address or IP that you would like to connect to. Then check the option for 'PPTP' and click 'Next'.

5. Login details

Enter the username and password that was sent to you in the 'Welcome to VPNUK' email. Leave the domain textbox empty and click 'Finish'.

6. Optional Settings and Troubleshooting

Click onto the advanced button and ensure the option to 'Use server-assigned IP address' is checked. Uncheck the other options.
