How do I import my account from the old system to the new system?

If you do not have an account on the new members area control panel you can create an account here: https://www.vpnuk.net/my-account/ and then go to the ‘Import Account’ menu option and import your existing VPNUK account details. Once your existing subscription comes up for renewal you can renew it from the new members area and then administer the account from there.
