Where are my VPN credentials?

Your VPN username and password were emailed to you when you signed up. You can also find them in the Members Area under VPNUK Account Details. These are different from your Members Area login.

VPNUK App — Quick Start

  1. Install the VPNUK app from the App Store using the link above
  2. Open the app and enter your VPN username and password from the Members Area under VPNUK Account Details
  3. Select a server from the list (UK servers at top)
  4. Tap Connect — allow the VPN configuration when prompted
  5. The VPN icon appears in the status bar when active
