Where to Find Your VPN Credentials
VPNUK uses three different sets of credentials for different purposes. This guide explains each one and where to find them.
VPN Credentials (used in VPN clients)
These are the credentials you enter into your VPN client — OpenVPN, IKEv2, AnyConnect, VPNUK Software, etc. They look like a short username and a separate password.
How to find them:
- Log in to the Members Area
- Click VPNUK Account Details
- Your VPN Username and VPN Password are shown here
These were also emailed to you when you signed up. Check your inbox for an email from VPNUK.
Members Area Login
Used to log in to vpnuk.net/my-account. This is your email address and the password you created when you registered. Do not use these in your VPN client.
Forgotten your Members Area password? Use the password reset link on the login page.
API Login (Amazon & iOS Apps Only)
Used only in the VPNUK app on Amazon Fire TV and iOS. These are separate from both your VPN credentials and Members Area login.
How to find them:
- Log in to the Members Area
- Look for VPNUK Account Details or VPNUK Account Details
- These were also included in your welcome email
